Time quickening or time slowing?
It is often said that when you do things that you find fun, time goes by quickly, and when you’re bored or in an unpleasant situation, time seems to slow down, but it’s not really as cleanly divided and felt. In fact, both happen at the same time. When you do something you profoundly positively feel in your soul, maybe talking to your partner, or riding your horse, time seems to go by so deliciously slow. That is, until you look at the clock, and what feels like 5 minutes passes by in 20 minutes. It’s just a faster rate at which the love-filled universal time is being consumed. When you feel uncomfortable, when you feel panic and tears gush out your eyes like a fountain of pain, time seems to go much faster. That is, until you look at the clock and 20 minutes pass by in 20 minutes.
